LEADERSHIP:
The leadership of the church is provided by a pastor and the Council. The Council is made up of five members of the congregation and the pastor. There are two elders who along with the pastor provide for the spiritual care of each attender. There are three deacons who concentrate on the needs of the congregation and how we can meet the challenges these needs present. Each of the Council members serve three year terms. They are selected by the congregation and then we seek God to make the final choice by the use of the lot.
The pastor is called by God and the congregation to serve here. His task is to lead in worship and open God’s Word and teach its truth, to provide spiritual care with the elders and help lead in outreach and casting vision.
